Individual Counselling

Individual counselling offers one-on-one support for adults seeking healing, clarity, and growth through a Christ-centered lens. Grounded in the truth that we are created in God’s image yet impacted by the brokenness of a fallen world, sessions address concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, and spiritual questions. Integrating sound clinical practices with biblical wisdom, this approach cares for both soul and body, helping individuals experience lasting transformation, renewed hope, and deeper intimacy with Christ.

child and Teen Counselling

Child and teen counselling provides a safe and nurturing space where young people can express their thoughts and emotions while utilizing age-appropriate therapeutic methods. Whether navigating school stress, friendships, family changes, identity questions, or emotional challenges, children and teens are gently supported in understanding their value as God’s beloved creation. Parents are often included in the process to encourage growth, strengthen family relationships, and foster healthy spiritual and emotional development.

couples counselling

Couples counselling seeks to strengthen relationships by rooting them in God’s design for covenant love, faithfulness, and mutual respect. Couples counselling focuses on improving communication, resolving conflict, rebuilding trust, and restoring intimacy through both clinical tools and biblical principles. Premarital counselling helps engaged couples build a strong foundation by addressing expectations, communication styles, finances, faith, and shared vision, preparing them for a lifelong commitment and ongoing growth. All couples counselling will begin with an individual session for each party.

online counselling

Online counselling offers the same clinically informed care through secure virtual sessions, making support accessible regardless of location or schedule. Clients can engage in meaningful, confidential conversations from the comfort of their own home while receiving thoughtful integration of faith and evidence-based therapeutic practices. This format allows individuals and couples to pursue healing, growth, and spiritual encouragement in a flexible and convenient way.

Walk & Talk Counselling

Walk & Talk counselling offers a unique, movement-based approach where sessions take place outdoors while walking side by side or seated at a picnic bench. Rooted on the foundation of God as Creator and Sustainer, this format invites clients to experience the calming and restorative effects of nature while engaging in meaningful conversation. Walking together can reduce anxiety, encourage openness, and support emotional regulation, making it especially helpful for those who find it easier to talk while moving. Integrating sound clinical practices with biblical wisdom, walking counselling provides a reflective and prayerful space to process life’s challenges, seek God’s guidance, and pursue healing in both body and soul.
